Kit with the Account Forms or download and print them from
this web site. |

| Step #2: |
Read the directions on Page 2 carefully to determine what
pages you must complete for the type of account you wish to
open. Call your eStreet broker if you have any questions at
toll free 888.378.8734. |

| Step #3: |
Because of the USA Patriot Act of 2001 we will also need
a clear & valid copy of a drivers license, passport or
other identifying documents. |

| Step #4: |
Initial each page and fax the completed forms along with
a valid (clear copy) identification of each account holder
to your eStreet broker at 951.699.0599. |

| Step #5: |
Your broker will contact you to discuss the forms and to
ensure they are filled out accurately. He will then forward
the facsimile to Vision to facilitate the issuance of your
account number. |

| Step #6: |
You will need to forward the original signed copies (and
check, money order etc., if you are not making a wire transfer – see
Step# 7) to:

Once you have been issued an
account number, you are now able to fund your account. Please
choose one of the following methods to send money to your
account: |

To Send a Check by Mail: Sending
a certified check, cashier's check or money order payable
in U.S. dollars to Vision directly allows you to begin trading
immediately upon receipt of the funds. Personal checks,
money market or savings and loan checks may require clearance
before you are allowed to trade using those funds. Please
do not send cash or third party checks, and ensure that all
deposits are made payble to Vision. |
